I’m Eleanor, communication coach and consultant. I help people and organisations get clear about what matters most to them, understand the people they need to bring with them, and communicate with authenticity and conviction to effect real change.
The way we work has changed. As AI makes some tasks easier, the human side – understanding people, building trust and exercising judgement – has become more important than ever.
My weeks are divided between things like this:
- being a sounding board and adviser for communicators and leaders working through complex ideas or messaging
- delivering bespoke workshops on film production, insight gathering and interview technique, especially when involving people with lived experience
- coaching leaders to find their individual style and voice so they can lead and communicate with confidence and conviction
- working with groups to develop self-awareness, skills, professional judgement and cohesion
- writing, filming and managing creative projects that require careful judgement or sensitivity
- helping organisations shape strategies, support adoption and deliver change grounded in their own values and stakeholder insight.
My starting point is always listening. Together, we uncover what’s really going on: for you, for those around you, and for the people you need to bring with you.
Why good ideas stop short
Often, when something isn’t working – people aren’t engaging, a good idea isn’t getting through or we simply feel stuck – the most useful thing we can do is question what we think we know.
I help you take an insight-led approach: exploring, sense-checking and reframing, to shape a strategy that fits the context and the people involved.
