I’m Eleanor, communication coach and consultant. I help individuals and organisations unlock their authentic voice, for compelling communication that engages people, builds trust and sparks change.
The way we work has changed. As AI makes some tasks easier, the human side – understanding people, building trust and exercising judgement – has become more important than ever.
My weeks are divided between things like this:
- gathering insight from the people you need to bring with you, to understand what matters to them and what approach will resonate
- being a sounding board and adviser for communicators, leaders and changemakers working through complex ideas, challenges or messaging
- coaching individuals and working with groups to develop their own voice, self-awareness, communication skills and professional judgement
- writing, filming and leading creative projects that require careful judgement or sensitivity
- helping organisations shape strategies and deliver change, grounded in their own values and stakeholder insight.
Why good ideas stop short
Often, when something isn’t working – people aren’t engaging, a good idea isn’t getting through or we simply feel stuck – the most useful thing we can do is question what we think we know.
I help you take an insight-led approach: exploring, sense-checking and reframing, to shape a strategy that fits the context and the people involved.
